PROJECT DESCRIPTION

  • the built elements incorporate 152 one and two bedroom apartments, plus retail and community facilities

  • all waste materials managed in an environmentally responsible manner

  • included a public tenant employment program as part of this project

  • a new Atherton Hub Children’s Centre, which provides a kindergarten, child care, playgroups and other children’s services to the community
